Design Coordinator • Brass Arranger

Ephraim has been an instructor and arranger for the Rogues Hollow Regiment since 2017. He has held several concurrent roles with the corps throughout the years, including program design, visual high brass instruction, visual instruction and media production. Ephraim’s continued dedication to RHR has greatly contributed to the rapid growth and success of the organization. Ephraim is a 2020 graduate of Kent State University, where he studied jazz trumpet performance with professors Bobby Selvaggio, Aidan Plank, and Jack Brndiar. He had previously attended the University of Akron, where he studied jazz, composition, and saxophone performance under the direction of Jack Schantz, Dr. James Wilding, and Dr. Todd Gaffke. Ephraim is currently an arranger and composer for the Akron-based Danjo Jazz Orchestra. Additionally, he does engraving, transcription, consulting, and music production work for numerous ensembles and musicians throughout the United States. Ephraim is an active performer on multiple instruments, including trumpet, saxophone, keyboards, and guitar.
